Performance Counters

Selected objects in the system include Performance Counters to enable you to monitor the performance of your whole system. So they can be used as a diagnostic tool to investigate problems that you might encounter with your system and provide an accurate representation of the current system situation in regards to memory usage, data-flow, data-buffering, historization and more.

Real-time performance data for applicable objects can be viewed by clicking the Performance tab in the Object Lens of WebStudio. The counters that are displayed can be limited by choosing a sub-group of the available counters. The image on the right only shows the performance counters for the Store and Forward system.

Performance counter data of eligible objects can also be accessed using Lua as addressed in the Performance Information page of the Lua Scripting feature.
