IP.21 gRPC Datasource

The IP.21 gRPC datasource is used in conjunction with the IP.21 Server to translate the data for the system protocol. Ideally, this datasource should be configured on a different Node to the IP.21 Server, which should be running on a separate machine in order to minimise load on the system.
